DESCRIPTION:Kids \n\n10:00 a.m.  11:00 a.m.\nMark Arendz Provincial Ski Park (Brookvale) (map)\nGoogle Calendar  ICS\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCPEI will be holding a “Riders of Tomorrow” fun race for young children prior to the adult races. This mini event will take place on double-track trail close the Nordic Lodge. The ride will last about 5 minutes\, providing kids with an opportunity to participate. All Riders of Tomorrow participants will receive an award. Parents are asked to join their children in the ride as well. \nRiders of Tomorrow is a free event and is open to kids under the age of 12. \n\nAdults \n\n1:00 p.m.  3:00 p.m.\nMark Arendz Provincial Ski Park (Brookvale) (map)\nGoogle Calendar  ICS\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRed Mud Mountain Mayhem (RMMM) has been a mountain biking tradition in the Maritimes for 26 years. Over these years\, RMMM has been synonymous with “a premier Mountain Bike racing experience”. \nEnjoy some of P.E.I.’s best Mountain Bike trails as you tear through the August green canopy of Brookvale Nordic Mountain Bike Park. This 7-10km (tbd) course incorporates a mix of both ‘flowy’ single-track and sweeping double-track sections. These trails are legendary on P.E.I. and have become fast and worked in over years of faithful usage. \nThere’s a reason this race has been around for such a long time and although a podium position is always uncertain\, leaving with a bike covered in red mud and bundle of great memories is always a sure thing. \nAdult Races: 1pm \n(Note we will also be hosting “Riders of Tomorrow” Children’s Races at 10am!)
